How an Acrylic Bathtub Is Made
Follow the complete production journey from flat acrylic sheet to export-ready bathtub. Each stage combines controlled processing, experienced workmanship, and documented inspection to deliver stable quality across samples, custom orders, and large project batches.

Acrylic Sheet Heating
Selected sanitary-grade acrylic sheets are heated evenly to reach the precise forming temperature. Controlled time and heat distribution help maintain consistent color, gloss, and material thickness before shaping begins.

Vacuum Forming
The softened acrylic sheet is positioned over a precision mold and drawn into shape by vacuum pressure. Operators monitor the forming depth and wall distribution so curves, edges, and bathing contours match the approved design.

Cooling and Demolding
The formed shell is cooled under controlled conditions until its geometry becomes stable. It is then released carefully from the mold to protect the surface and prevent stress, distortion, or damage around detailed areas.

Structural Reinforcement
The underside is strengthened with resin, fiberglass, and designated support materials according to the bathtub design. Reinforcement is applied to improve rigidity, load performance, heat retention, and long-term dimensional stability.

Precision Trimming
Excess material is removed and the perimeter is trimmed to the specified profile using dedicated fixtures and cutting tools. Drain, overflow, faucet, and installation openings are machined to match the technical drawing.

Component Assembly
Frames, feet, drainage components, jets, piping, and electrical systems are assembled according to the product configuration. Technicians verify positioning, fastening, and service access before the unit moves to finishing.

Surface Polishing
Edges and visible surfaces are refined by hand to achieve a smooth, even finish. The polishing team removes minor processing marks while protecting the acrylic gloss, crisp lines, and tactile quality of the final product.

Final Quality Inspection
Every bathtub undergoes visual, dimensional, functional, drainage, and leakage checks based on its specification. Inspectors confirm appearance, stability, fittings, and system performance before approving the product for packaging.

Protective Packaging
The approved bathtub is cleaned and protected with film, corner guards, foam, cartons, or reinforced export packing as required. Accessories and documentation are checked to reduce handling risk and simplify receiving at destination.

Packed products are organized according to the shipping plan and loaded with space utilization and transit protection in mind. The logistics team verifies quantities, labels, loading sequence, and container security before dispatch.
